1. Production Lead Time (Time to Build)
- Since every LED board and signage setup is built according to your custom dimensions, branding, and color specifications, we require 2 to 3 business days for manufacturing, wiring, and quality testing before dispatch.
- Production begins only after design layout approval and payment confirmation.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once your order leaves our manufacturing facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
- Note: Delays may occur due to local restrictions, extreme weather, or regional transport issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: “Free shipping all across India” .
4. Packaging & Fragile Handling
LED sign boards are highly fragile. We ship all orders in heavy-duty, multi-layered bubble wrapping and wooden crate packaging to eliminate transit damage.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.), we will generate a tracking number (AWB).
