At Custom Creation, we manufacture high-quality, made-to-order AD signage and slim LED boards according to your specific requirements. Because every product is custom-designed, branded, or cut to precise dimensions, our policies differ from standard retail stores.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- All Custom Sales are Final: Once a custom LED board or sign has gone into production following your layout/design approval, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned due to change of mind.
- Proof Approval: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all sizing, text, layout, and lighting colors during the digital proof stage before manufacturing begins.
2. Damaged in Transit & Manufacturing Defects
We carefully package our LED displays to ensure safe delivery, but if your item arrives damaged or non-functional, we will fix it immediately.
- Reporting Period: You must report any damage or manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery.
- Required Proof: To process a replacement or repair, please email or WhatsApp us a clear unboxing video and photos showing the defect or transit damage along with your Order ID.
- Resolution: If the damage or defect is confirmed, Custom Creation will issue a free replacement or arrange free repair at no additional cost to you.
3. Exclusions from Warranty & Returns
We do not accept returns, replacements, or liability for items damaged due to:
- Incorrect installation or mishandling by the customer.
- Connecting the sign to improper power adapters, voltage fluctuations, or water damage (unless explicitly rated as outdoor waterproof signage).
- Modifications or alterations made to the sign after delivery.
